Top Tips for a Mission Minded Deanery

Rhiannon King, Archdeacon for Ipswich and Director Inspiring Ipswich writes a top tip 10 for others in leadership. Inspiring Ipswich was charged by the Bishops with ambitious goals to turn around a deanery in seven years. The challenge was to:

• make meaningful contact with 15,000 new people
• help 7,500 people explore faith
• see 1,500 new disciples
• start 25 new worshipping communities
