The Examen

The Examen is a prayerful reflection exercise to notice God’s presence in our lives and discern how God is directing us. 

St Ignatius Loyola encouraged this form of prayer for daily use.  You are encouraged to repeat the exercise several times over a period of weeks as you reflect on your experiences.
