Enhancing Pastoral Ministry is a six-session course for people who are involved in anyway in pastoral care (for example, Readers, Lay Elders, clergy, pastoral visitors) as well as those interested in a deeper understanding of this ministry. The sessions take place on Wednesday evenings at Earl Stonham Village Hall:

- Safeguarding and Pastoral Ministry
- Developing our Listening Skills
- Young People and Pastoral Ministry

- Pastoral Ministry as Mission
Guest speakers include:
- Karen Galloway and members of the Diocesan Safeguarding team
- Annabel Turner, member of the diocesan counselling team
- The Diocesan Growing Younger team
