Safeguarding Officer/Administrator Induction
We are inviting you to join us on this course designed to support, guide and inform all safeguarding officers and administrators. It is also open to incumbents who have a key role in safeguarding in their parishes. The course includes:
- Administration of DBS checks
- Training requirements
- Parish Dashboard
- Safeguarding National Standards
- Safeguarding Tools and Resources
The course includes talks and workshops on the above plus opportunities for you to ask questions and raise individual issues from your experiences. Some of these will be addressed directly whilst others will be considered via scenarios and case studies formulated to be relevant in a variety of our local settings.
Anyone attending this session must be up to date with their own safeguarding training, up to and including Leadership.
